We have 9 competition grade trampolines that are much bouncier than your average backyard Trampoline. Our NCCP trained coaches help the athletes improve their muscle control while jumping on the trampolines. They will take the athlete from doing simple skills like tuck jumps to front tucks to barani-out tucks (dbl. front tuck with a half twist).
We are a proud member of Gymnastics Ontario
and meet their standards for safety.
All of our coaches are trained to the Coaching Association of Canada standards. The different levels that a coach obtains determines which skills the coach can teach.
A coach cannot teach any skills that require inversion. eg. No flips.
Coaches are trained to do simple inversions using various techniques like pitting, spotting, and progressions. A coach must be certified at level 2 to be allowed on the competition floor at the Ontario Championships.
Coaches are further trained to apply pitting, spotting, and progression techniques to teach tricks that involve multiple flips and twists.
A coach must be certified level 4 to be allowed on the competition floor at the Olympics. Currently, the only Canadian coach certified to this level is Dave Ross of Skyriders Trampoline Place in Richmond Hill.
